Quality Policy

At Spicenet, we are devoted to our quality policy which ensures that services rendered meet and exceed customer’s requirements, with the ultimate goal being to achieve highest level of customer’s satisfaction at all times through adopting and implementing quality management system standard, ISO 9001.

To achieve the goal, Spicenet management and employees, together we are committed to comply with the requirement and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.

For successful implementation of the policy, we will identify customer requirements and appropriately apply our knowledge and skills to meet those requirements. Quality Objectives will be established and periodically reviewed, programs for continual improvement will be implemented, performance monitoring and management reviews will be conducted regularly.

Quality policy and objectives will be communicated and made available to all staff in the company.

This quality policy will be reviewed for continuing suitability at least once per year as part of management review process.
